About Me
My name is Margarita and I am a Holistic Therapist licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as well as Internationally Certified Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach offering Telehealth as well as in person sessions. Over the past decade I have been exploring human psychology beyond the standard clinical curriculum I learned in school. I became fascinated with how much our subconscious beliefs influence the character we become. My curiosity led me to further explore the possibilities of our mind and what true healing may look like.
I offer individual therapy using collaborative and integrative approaches. In my work with clients I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family System, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, and Guided Meditation. Through our work you will learn to tap into your subconscious beliefs and connect with your higher self, which will allow you to understand, filter and reconsolidate traumatic memories so that triggering events will no longer overpower you.
Additionally, I offer various Hypnotherapy packages, depending on your goals and needs.
In these sessions, we will take a deep dive into how your brain operates and how to rewire the neural pathways in your brain to create a positive change in your perception of reality. We will explore various concepts so that you have a full understanding of what to expect. In our work together, you will develop new coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and, ultimately, overcome the barriers that prevent you from moving forward and realizing the life of your dreams.
